Custom Orders:

Please note that made-to-order items that include products in custom sizes, take additional time to produce before shipping. Production times may vary, but we will always keep you updated on your order’s progress.

RETURNS

Order Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order within this time, you will receive a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returning Custom Orders:

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please ensure all custom order details are correct before purchasing.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • We will refund the full purchase price, including original postage costs.
  • We will also cover 50% of the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please let us know.
